Digital Goods Policy
Due to the immediate nature of audio processing:
- Pay-per-creation purchases are final once audio is generated
- No refunds after audio download completes successfully
Technical Issues
If audio generation fails due to system errors, we will either:
- Re-attempt processing at no cost
- Failed exports automatically re-queue for processing
- Persistent failures result in credit refunds within 48h
Ad Credit Exceptions
Credits earned through ad-watching cannot be refunded or exchanged for monetary value.
Refund Eligibility
- Failed exports due to technical errors
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Subscription cancellations within 24 hours of renewal
Non-Refundable Cases
- Dissatisfaction with TTS voice outputs
- Expired/unused export credits
- Free-tier limitations
- If you change your mind after purchasing a subscription or service
- If you fail to use the service during the subscription period
- If the issue is caused by third-party software or tools not affiliated with our platform
Chargeback Clause
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent account termination.
Refund Process
The refund process depends entirely on where you made your purchase:
1. Web Purchases (Subtopia Credits via Dodo Payments)
- Contact our support team at info@trysubtopia.com with your order ID.
- If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Mobile App Subscriptions (Pro Upgrade)
- Apple App Store (iOS): Apple handles all billing directly. We do not have the technical ability to process refunds for iOS purchases. You must request a refund directly through Apple by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play Store (Android): Google manages these transactions. You can request a refund directly through your Google Play account. If you require assistance, you may contact our support team with your Google Play Order Number (which starts with "GPA.").
